Covid-19 Safety Procedures

We are revising our aviation adventures to be safe during the threat of the Covid-19 virus.

At this time, we have upgraded our offerings to focus on Private Flights while temporarily pausing mixed group flights as well as the co-pilot seat option. With a focus on social distancing, the operational features of our helicopter, the Bell 206 Long Ranger are an advantage as it is a spacious, comfortable and extremely smooth jet turbine aircraft. In fact, many of our passengers have compared it to a Cadillac in the sky. The air-conditioned Private Cabin features executive club seating for up to 5 passengers. This unique design allows maximum space and privacy for you and your group, as the pilot is positioned in the separated cockpit. As an added safety feature during this time, there will be a clear divider between the two compartments.

Additional safety protocol and Operational Procedures: Crew members will wear a mask if at least 6’ social distance cannot be achieved. Hand sanitizer will be available in the terminal building. The interior of the helicopter, including seats, safety belts and headsets will be sanitized after each flight. The interior of the helicopter, including seats, safety belts and headsets will be sanitized after each flight, utilizing professional viral protection products such as*Bio Protect Us System, a sanitation procedure used by major airlines and flight departments. Passengers are encouraged to wear facial masks in the helicopter. During this time, we will greet you with a happy head nod, rather than a handshake. Safety briefings will be held either remotely via Facetime or phone call, or with a crew member that will adhere to our COVID-19 safety guidelines. Passengers will have the option to wait in the privacy of their cars until notification that their flight is ready, or, to their own discretion, in the terminal building / Dallas Jet Center, or, the on-site restaurant, Delta Charlies Bar and Grill.
